Limited One-Year Warranty

Tupelo Manufacturing Company, Inc. warrants to the consumer that this wood furniture product is free from defects in workmanship, materials (excluding fabrics), and construction for one year from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, any defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the option of Tupelo Manufacturing Company, Inc. This warranty applies only under conditions of normal use. This warranty does not apply to defects that result from the consumer's negligence, abuse or misuse of the product. Normal product wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER and Tupelo Manufacturing Company, Inc. does not assume responsibility for the FABRIC UPHOLSTERY MATERIALS used on the wood furniture, including C. O. M. fabrics. The fabric manufacturer extends it own warranties.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER FREIGHT DAMAGE which must be reported immediately to the freight carrier.

Tupelo Manufacturing Company, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in product design, construction methods, materials and finishes, and to discontinue any product without notice. This warranty is the only express warranty given by Tupelo Manufacturing Company, Inc. on this product. This warranty is to be construed under the laws of the State of Mississippi and any dispute concerning the product is to be resolved and/or litigated in Tupelo, Lee County, Mississippi.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of the date of product shipment and the specific nature of the alleged defect. Warranty claims should be mailed to:
